Processing purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed:

  • in order to conclude a contract or take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)

  • for archival (evidence) purposes, which are the implementation of the legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)

  • in order to determine, pursue or defend against any claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)

  • in order to make tax settlements required by law (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)

  • for the purpose of marketing our own products and services (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)

 

Requirement to provide personal data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but their processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and for taking action before entering into the contract. Refusal to provide data results in the inability to enter into the contract or take action before entering into it.

 

Data recipients

Your data is shared to achieve specific purposes:

  • entities processing data on behalf of the Company, in particular subcontractors – i.e. companies managing branches on behalf of the Company, law firms, insurance companies, service providers for warranty repairs

  • entities authorized under the law

  • a bank that lends money to investments

Data transfer

The company does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.

 

State of law

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

1. the right to access your personal data and receive a copy thereof (Article 15 of the GDPR),
2. the right to request the rectification of personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
3. the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Article 18 paragraph 2 of the GDPR.
4. the right to delete personal data, subject to Article 17 paragraph 3 letters b, d, e of the GDPR
5. the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter e and f of the GDPR, unless there are important legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms or they are necessary for the possible determination, exercise or defense of claims

 

The period of storage of personal data

The Company will store your personal data resulting from concluded contracts no longer than necessary, i.e. for the duration of the contract and 6 years after the end of the contract for the purposes of documenting the performance of the contract and fulfilling tax obligations, but not shorter than until the final conclusion of any proceedings.
 

The right to lodge a complaint with the authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw
 

Information about automated decision-making

The Company will not make automated decisions based on the data you provide, including decisions resulting from profiling.
