INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
Right to withdraw from the contract
• Every Customer who is also a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 calendar days from the date of:
• on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods,
• on which you came into possession of the last item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the last item,
• on which you came into possession of the last batch or part or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the last batch or part,
• on which you came into possession of the first item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the first item.
• The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply, among others, in relation to contracts in which the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or intended to meet their individual needs. Other cases in which the right to withdraw from the contract is not applicable are described in the regulations of the online store.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the Seller, i.e.:

• The Customer may use the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, which is Annex 1 to the regulations of the online store. Using the form is not obligatory, and it is not a condition for the proper withdrawal from the contract by the Customer.
• To meet the 14-day deadline for withdrawal from a distance contract, it is sufficient to inform the party about the withdrawal before the expiry of the indicated deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
• Withdrawal from the contract by the Customer is tantamount to deeming the contract null and void.
• The Seller returns to the Customer all payments received from him.
• Withdrawal from the contract results in the Seller returning all payments received from the Customer,
including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our online store). The payment will be returned using the same payment method that the Customer used, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to another payment method that does not involve any additional costs for him.
• The online store will withhold the refund until the goods are received or the Customer confirms that they have been sent back, in the absence of the Seller's obligation to collect the goods in person.
• The customer is requested to return the goods immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of submitting the declaration of will to withdraw to the following address:

• The customer is obliged to bear only the direct costs of delivering the goods.
• The consumer is only liable for a reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
